Q: AM I ELIGIBLE FOR SERVICES AT THE CLINIC?
Q: SHOULD I COME TO THE CLINIC WITH A MEDICAL EMERGENCY?
A: No, we cannot treat medical emergencies. If you are having an emergency, call 911 or go directly to the Emergency Room.
Q: HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
A: Appointments are made by phone or in person only. Please call or visit the clinic during regular business hours to schedule. If you reach the voicemail box, leave a clear and detailed message & your call will be returned.
Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
A: You must bring the following to your appointment:
*** If possible, please bring your current medication bottles with you to your appointment.***
Q: DO YOU OFFER WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS?
A: Yes, we can occasionally offer walk-in appointments when a cancellation or no-show occurs. Walk-in appointments are not guaranteed, and when available they are given out on a first come, first served basis. Patients seeking a walk-in appointment must still bring all required documentation to be seen.
Q: HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
A: All services provided to Good Shepherd Clinic patients are free of cost.
Q: DO YOU PROVIDE FREE MEDICATIONS?
A: Free medications are not guaranteed. We work to provide patients with low-cost medications in a variety of ways. We prescribe $4 generic prescriptions whenever possible, provide access to pharmaceutical prescription assistance programs (which allow eligible patients to receive their medications for little to no cost through the drug companies), and we also provide free doctor’s samples, as available.
Q: DO YOU PROVIDE ANY SPECIALTY SERVICES OR REFERRALS?
A: We have very limited specialty services and referral capability at this time.
Q: DO YOU FILL OUT FORMS OR DOCUMENTS? (Disability, Court and/or Attorney, DOT Physicals, etc.)
A: No. Due to our limited staffing and business hours we are unable to fill out your forms.
Q: DO YOU PROVIDE STD TESTING?
A: No, we do not provide STD testing.
